Who is Vickie Jimenez?

Hi, I’m Vickie Jimenez and I’m the writer and entrepreneur behind Successsystemsnow.com. I’m a four time published author and as an entrepreneur I have developed and built a number of companies. I have also worked in middle to upper management in corporate structures and sales, leading projects and large teams of people.

I am extremely passionate about leadership and management from an authentic place. With the recent leadership debacle I have noticed how the new economy requires a new leadership form and template. This new leadership is raw and real as people no longer care about sexy pedigrees and resumes.

The world followed pedigrees and education levels into the most unethical economical debacle in history. Many are cynical and afraid of smooth talking, smart looking leaders who do not truly reveal themselves until uncovered by some investigative reporter. In the new economy full transparency is required at all levels.

This blog is very special because it allows me the opportunity to reveal myself and share some of the hard knocks and triumphs of my leadership journey. I will also chronicle all the new and different things I did to transform my life and leadership skills. I do not want to impress you with a sparkly resume that makes me look like wonder woman. I want to show you leadership from a place of being genuine and authentic. Meaning, I want to show my humanness, “warts and all” because, I believe that it is the strongest form of leadership.
